Registration rate

The registration rate for the symposium will be 270 € including coffee breaks, social dinner and ice breaker.

Local connections and timetables can be found from HSL. You will need a ticket to ABC zone from the airport to the city center. A ticket to AB zone is required when travelling between the city center and FMI.

At the airport, the ticket can be purchased at these locations:

• HSL ticket machines located at the bus terminal and on the railway station platform

• Alepa Grocery store (T2 Arrival lobby 2B)

• WH Smith (T1 Departure lobby)

• WH Smith (T2 Deaprture lobby)

• R-kiosk (T2 Arrival lobby 2A)

• Tourist information (T2 Arrival lobby 2A)

• via HSL Mobile Ticket app

Please note that the train tickets are not sold onboard the trains or trams.

Accommodation

Please feel free to choose any hotel for your stay. There will be no preblocked booking for the participants. Recommended areas with convenient access to the venue would be Hakaniemi, Kaisaniemi and the city center along the metro line towards east.
