Registration and Abstracts

Conference registration and abstract submission(s) are done at the same time using a single form. Registration and submission deadline is 16 Oct 2024.

The abstract must follow the updated FAAR template.

• The length of the abstracts is 1-2 pages

• Abstract content includes: Introduction, methods, results and conclusions with references.

• The abstract must be submitted as a pdf-file

• The pdf-file must be named as “lastname_firstname_abstract.pdf” without any special characters

Posters and Contributed Oral Presentations

The poster stands accommodate at maximum A0-sized posters in portrait orientation.

The time allocation of contributed oral presentation is 7 min for the presentation itself and 3 min for questions and discussion. Details on oral presentation materials (formats, submission to conference organising team) will be sent directly to the speakers.
