Pollen forecasts compiled from atmosphere models successful in most cases
Pollen forecasts for people, who suffer from allergies, are far more precise when compiled from atmosphere models.Atmosphere models are the only way to predict pollen movements farther from Finland’s borders. This study has looked into how feasible birch pollen forecasts compiled on computers are and how sensitive they are to different weather models.
