The Baltic Sea Portal:

Sea level measuring activity is automatic, and the observations are updated every hour. The sea level values are given with reference to the theoretical mean sea level.

In the 12-month figures the values are daily averages and in the 24-hours figures the values are measurements at the hour. The blue color indicates measured values and red interpolated values.

Sea level data have only gone through a preliminary check which sould be taken into account when using them. Sea level heights are measured at thirteen stations, mareographs or tide gauges, on the Finnish coast. Most of them have been in use since the 1920s.
