A new method for improving the accuracy of probability forecasts has been developed in a study conducted at the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) and the Finnish Meteorological Institute.
FMI researchers produce some 300 publications annually, the majority of them in international scientific journals. Research results are also published in FMI´ss own publications series. FMI`s own series are:
