Spread of emissions from the Fukushima nuclear power plant accident modelled using climate models

According to the international AeroCom project, climate models underestimate the spread of emissions from the Fukushima nuclear power plant accident, particularly in areas further away from the nuclear power plant. The research result obtained helps improve modelling of particles in climate models.
