34th EWGLAM and 19th SRNWP Meeting in Helsinki

The 34th European Working Group on Limited-Area Modelling (EWGLAM) and 19th Short Range NWP (SRNWP) meetings will be held on the premises of the Finnish Meteorological Institute 8-11 October 2012.

The programme will include:

  • Presentations by the main modelling Consortia and ECMWF
  • Review talks by the Expert Teams
  • National activities posters
  • Contributed presentations on the topics of the Expert-Teams
  • Final EWGLAM discussion
  • SRNWP business meeting

Participants

Remote access

Those who wish to follow the presentations remotely can do so, by joining a virtual conference service, and are advised to approach the local contact for instructions and access codes.

Requirements for remote access include:

  • a windows operating system
  • windows media player plugin in your browser (can be installed while joining the conference)
  • new Java plugins (version 6 or 7)
  • a computer outside of fire walls
